IPS Sekolah Menengah Atas 1.Suatu ketika, Pak Rudi menyewakan lahannya kepada Pak Jaya. Dalam perjanjian disebutkan bahwa lahan hanya boleh digunakan untuk perkebunan kelapa sawit. Pak Jaya tidak boleh menggunakan lahan tersebut untuk keperluan lain seperti pembangunan perumahan atau pertokoan. Suatu hari, datanglah Pak Firman yang merupakan seorang pengusaha sukses ke perkebunan kelapa sawit yang dikelola oleh Pak Jaya tersebut. Pak Firman menyebutkan bahwa lokasi perkebunan kelapa sawit tersebut memiliki profit yang menjanjikan apabila dikembangkan menjadi pemukiman. Pak Firman tidak dapat memaksakan Pak Jaya untuk mengalihfungsikan lahan kelapa sawit tersebut menjadi pemukiman.

The lyrics too grunge songs were also quit different compared two what was populer at the time. Grunge lyrics are charecterized by dark or socially conscience themes. Grunge music is still admired today buy music lovers of all ages.​
